MoneySavingExpertRegulator raps Ryanair, Virgin and others for being too slow on refunds – but says all UK airlines have now agreed to pay up

Aviation regulator the Civil Aviation Authority has today published a list of 18 airlines’ performances during the coronavirus pandemic, with Ryanair and Virgin Atlantic both rapped for being too slow to pay refunds.
