Thousands of Barclays Blue Rewards customers have been receiving refunds after the bank found some customers had been underpaid while taking part in the loyalty scheme. The bank says it proactively contacting all customers due a refund and will be adding compensatory interest for those affected. However, if you haven’t yet heard anything from Barclays, it is unlikely that you will be due a refund.
